Where Energy Rater/Auditors and HVAC Company's work in harmony! 

Our goal is to introduce our Raters and HVAC Technicians to each other, linking them with Software that will revolutionize the rating industry while giving all participants a leg up on the requirements coming in Jan, 2011. Rhvac is powered by ACCA Manual J8, ACCA Manual D, and designed to calculate heating and cooling loads for residential buildings. Raters and HVAC Technicians can now work in harmony, creating a "win-win" for each other. The rater can use the Elite software file created by the HVAC Company and import it directly into REM/Rate^TM or the rater can do it himself by using Elite software then consult with the HVAC company for advice and help. The HVAC Company can now do a Heating and Air load calculation and really help the Energy Rater with the EnergyStar rating.  The Rater will benefit by getting the Manual J8, S & D reports that have been completed and approved by the HVAC Contractor.  The Rater imports the Elite Software Files into REM/Rate^TM and then completes additional sections of the REMRATE calculations.  The Energy Star Rating is in harmony with correct design practices that meet the methodology of ACCA MJ8-S-D Manuals.  Certified Energy Raters and Tested Field Inspectors will be part of the Planning Process with the HVAC Contractor.  HVAC contractors can become either Tested Survey and Field Inspectors or Home Energy Raters.  A Team Approach makes the "Integrative Marketing Program" work.  Construction Costs can be reduced as efficiency is improved.  Both construction codes and energy codes are exceeded with this Team Approach.
